73As we grow older our skin naturally ages with time. Facial wrinkles and fine lines are thus part of the process of growing old. Lucky are those who are blessed with great skin, for they don’t have to worry about skin problem or premature aging of the skin. Having youthful skin is not the concern of the fairer sex only; men have joined the bandwagon and are equally concern with having great skin. There are many ways to prevent and delay the aging of the skin.
Facial skin care products
It is never too early to cultivate a good beauty regimen which consists of cleansing, toning and moisturizing your face. Keeping your face adequately moisturized day and night helps to improve the suppleness of your skin. Facial skin will not look dehydrated and tired. It delays the onset of the premature aging of the facial skin.
Cleanse your face every day to remove any excess oil and dirt from your skin. Clogged pores can damage your skin cells and is one of the many reasons why pimples, acnes and blemishes formed on your face.

It has been advocated by many beauty and health gurus, for your body to recuperate and the cells to repair and rejuvenate and to generate new cells, seven to eight hours of sleep per day is a must. Sufficient sleep does wonder to your body and health. You will feel more energized with increase alertness and an improved overall physical wellbeing.
For the many hours of sleep that you deprived yourself, you can never recoup the lost hours back no matter how much you sleep. Insufficient sleep will show easily particularly on your eyes. They are tired and puffy.
Sun protection
Be sure to apply the correct SPF (sun protection factor) sunscreen skin protection cream or sunblock on your face, neck and hands each time you venture outdoor. Constant exposure to direct sunlight without any skin protection can be very damaging to your skin. It strips your skin of all its moisture.
Prolong exposure to the sun will cause dark pigmentation to form on your skin and will increase the rate of aging of the skin. Your skin looks burnt and dry and to restore the skin to its former lustre and glow would not be easy. Thus it is important to stay out of the sun as much as possible.
With the ozone layer being stripped thin, the rays from the sun can be very harsh on our skin. A few minutes of exposure to the sun causes sunburn and the damage to you skin can cause premature wrinkles and fine lines. Wearing sunglasses or hats can provide some level of protection against the sun and the harsh weather.
Supplements
Taking the right supplements helps to ensure that your body’s nutritional needs are kept in balance. Our daily food intake may not provide our body with sufficient and adequate nutrients. Thus it is essential to make up for any deficiency by consuming the right vitamins and supplements.

I always believe that it is better to use natural way rather then using so chemical stuff to achieve the anti aging. Regular exercise is one of the best option. Great article.
